Years of total experience with direct/indirect team management experience. OR

or before pass outs) with some direct/indirect team management experience and
minimum 1 year experience in a non-engineering role .
→ Should own a two
wheeler and a valid driving license.
→ Should be willing to
travel sometimes within the city if required or work in rotational shifts.
→ Resident of/well

→ Experience in IT
enabled environment/basic computer knowledge.

Job Description:
→ Executing the delivery
process from delivery station to customer addresses through associates.
→ Keeps track of
attendance of associates to ensure enough bandwidth of delivery team or sorting
teams.
→ Engage closely with
the delivery team including associates, developing and maintaining a highly
motivated and performance driven team.
→ Liaises with local
vendors and plans routes & schedules.
→ Ensures security
clearance of bags at airport/other ports/rail cargo docks.
→ Continuously improve
the delivery process and maintain level of delivery performance, through
process and training improvements.
→ Generating data
reports to analyze performance and reporting to leadership.
→ Briefs the associates
about operations and instructs them on any special instructions received from
vendors/CS.
→ Manages
procurement & Maintains stock of inbound, outbound and the stored
inventory.
